Our Cherry Vlaai is a deconstructed tribute to the traditional local pie, balancing rich cherry notes, subtle pastry flavors, and a smooth, elegant finish. Familiar, nostalgic, yet completely reimagined through modern cocktail techniques.
Served with refined presentation and layered textures, this signature drink captures the feeling of sitting at a Limburg family table, translated into the atmosphere of a late-night cocktail bar beneath the Vrijthof.
